Application
The application field of 00Cr16Ni60Mol6W4 alloy is the same as that of 0Cr16Ni60Mol6W4 alloy. When the equipment and components are required to be welded and there is no danger of intergranular corrosion after welding, it is advisable to use this alloy.
00Crl6Ni65Mol6Ti alloy further improved the intergranular corrosion resistance of 00Crl6Ni60Mol6W4 alloy. Its composition is characterized by lowering the carbon content and iron content in 00Crl16Ni60Mol6W4 alloy, removing W and adding stabilizing element Ti. This new alloy is more suitable for the manufacture of corrosion resistant equipment requiring welding than 0Cr16Ni60Mo16W4 alloy and 00Cr16Ni60Mol6W4 alloy, and has better cold and thermoplastic properties.
